Our Rates Include:
Double Occupancy: Free! Continental Breakfast for two. Placencia airstrip transfers.
Additional charges for over double occupancy: Children under 12 $5US/day, Guests 12 and older $25US/day per person. We also "Custom Design" All-Inclusive Packages.
Group Rates
We offer special discounts for larger groups. Since we have 8 cabanas, frequently we get families and groups that want to rent all the units. Great for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday's and other Special Events.
We can cater to your group.

This is a Great Summer Value. You stay for 7 nights but only pay for 5 nights. Come and relax on our lovely white sand beach or take in some great fishing or snorkeling tours.
Seagrape and Parrot House Cabanas will only accommodate two persons great for Honeymoons and Anniversaries * Promotion price includes free continental breakfast for two, tax & service charge.

If you are a member of the active U.S. Military - please ask for the Green Parrot military discount. Ok, if you are in the British, Canadian or Australian military - we like you too and will give you the military discount. - Roundtrip airfare within Belize - Between Belize City & Placencia. Land transfers between Placencia airstrip/resort.
- Private beach cabana with private bath, ceiling fan, small fridge, futon couch, private deck. All meals (breakfast, lunch, full dinner).
- Tours to choose from: Full day Snorkel Trip, Xuantunich Mayan Ruins Tour, Full day Monkey river float and trail walk w/guide & local lunch, Jaguar Preserve full day tour. Use of kayaks, canoes, & bicycles. All applicable taxes and service charge on above.

| *Price is per person, based on double occupancy & in U.S. dollars. Price includes hotel tax, sales tax on meals and service charge. Does not include bar items, service charge on same or guide tips. No refunds on meals/trips not taken. All trips are scheduled by the office at least 24 hours prior to departure. PAYMENT POLICY:
VISA or MasterCard needed to confirm Reservation. Payment of charges is preferred by travelers' checks.
Charged when reservation confirmed: 1 Night Non-Refundable Deposit, and Flights booked by Green Parrot.
Charged 45 days prior to arrival date: Balance of Accommodation Charges
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment of reservation if canceled 21 DAYS OR LESS prior to reservation Arrival Date. Refunds will be granted during the holiday season, only if the unit is rebooked.
