POLICIES

Deposit Policy: A 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received along with our confirmation form.

Cancelation Policy: If a written cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund less 10% processing fee.

No refund is given if cancellation is fewer than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date.

All reservations are re-bookable for up to 1 year for a rebooking fee of $ 50.00 USD.

There will be no refund due to airline delays , strikes, political unrest or acts of God , including hurricanes but we will provide a credit for future reservations for up to 1 year. Green Parrot Beach House will not be responsible for foreign exchange rate made when using your credit card out of the country.
